Returns Policy

For Goods Damaged in Transit:

While we take utmost care in packaging your order, we acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances may occur during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for orders within Australia. For international orders, please follow the necessary steps to obtain a ‘Damage Report’ (Indemnity Report) from your local post office and forward it to us along with any digital photographs showing the extent of damage.

Refunds:

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned order, we will send you a confirmation email to acknowledge its arrival. Subsequently, we will notify you regarding the details of your full or partial refund, which will be processed using your original method of payment. Please note that certain deductions, such as processing fees, applicable freight charges, or other external fees, may apply to the refunded amount. You will be informed once the refund has been processed, although it may take up to 15 business days for financial institutions to complete the transaction. If you do not receive your refund after this period, please contact your bank or credit card company. Sale Items:

Refunds for sale items will be processed based on the sale value of the goods only.

Shipping Returns:

All goods must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a refund. The sender is responsible for covering any associated costs with returning goods, including freight charges. If Myo Rehab incurs any costs or fees related to returned goods, these expenses may be partially or entirely deducted from the refund amount. We prefer that all returns are mailed to 4A/1155 Wynnum Rd, Cannon Hill QLD 4170.
